Parent consent

If you keep records for a parent, we send them a link. The parent reads the account and storage consent above and taps yes or no themselves. Nothing is stored for them before that. [Whether a tap on a link is enough, or a code to the parent’s own phone is needed: to confirm.]

Doctor-share consent

When you share with a doctor you see: the doctor’s name, the records, and that the doctor can view (not download or change) them for 14 days, until a date shown. Every view is recorded and you can stop access with one tap. Nothing is shared unless you confirm.

[Exact on-screen words and their version string: to confirm. The sharing screen records the account-consent version today; there is no separate text yet.]

Taking consent back

You can delete records, stop a doctor’s access, or delete your account in Settings at any time. [A single “withdraw consent” control: to confirm.]
